Fool around
during dinner at
the Medieval Manor. Awaiting you is a bawdy
extravaganza often imitated but seldom equaled.
In this recently
updated rollicking romp through the
middle ages, the minstrel, jester, oaf and wenches respond to the Lord
of the Manor’s every whim with song, story and slapstick while sweeping
you up in the fun. As spirits flow and Canterbury beckons,
laughter and camaraderie will soon reveal why so many return so often
for such foolishness. The Feast n' Flagon As a guest of the King, you’re also offered a six course banquet eaten without fork, knife or spoon. It begins with warm loaves of bread, pepper cheese trenchers and faux Dragon soup. Mussels, beef rib and salad precede the final course, roasted herbed chicken with steamed vegetables. There are plenty of napkins to keep fingers dry and tidy. Vegetarian substitutes and cakes (some customers bring cupcakes) are available with at least 24 hours notice, as are side orders of additional ribs. To refill glasses while feasting, redeem your flagon token (one per person) for a pitcher of dark or light beer, Chablis or carafe of non alcoholic lemonade. To keep prices low, souvenier glasses with our logo are no longer included, but are available for sale. Beginning in August, bringing your old glass could save you $5. Call for details. Not all that hungry or thirsty? When you call to book your reservation, if you tell us, it won’t come. |

| Tables range in
size from five to twenty five. Whenever possible, parties of two,
three or four are grouped to fill larger tables. We ask that
parties
not exceed 52. We are 99.9%
wheelchair
accessible. Private shows for 75 or more can
be booked on Sunday,
either
before 1:00
or after 9:00, or Monday,
Tuesday or
Wednesday evenings after 6:30. To book
a regular show privately requires
150 admissions
on
a Saturday, 125 on a Friday or Sunday, or just 100 on a
Thursday. |

All
shows have the same adult content (we rate
ourselves PG-15½)
suitable for most
families
with older children. While there is no nudity or network TV banned
words,
there are puns,
sight gags and other sexually suggestive comedic material unacceptable
to
some regardless of age. Most customers
find the show wholly inapropriate for kids less
than 10. Some customers
prefer audiences without kids so everyone must be at least 18 at the
second show on Saturdays. All exceptions require managerial approval. Celebrating a birthday? Senior? Coming with 16 or more? Bringing the kids? Serving King and country in the military? Want to put our Fun in your fundraiser? Ask about special Fun, Feast n' Flagon discounts. We are 99.9% wheelchair accessible. |

In 1982, after 10 years in the basement of the Eliot Hotel, we relocated to 246 East Berkeley Street, between Albany and Harrison, in Boston's South End. We are in the first brick building on the right, diagonally across from the Mobil station. |
| Doors to the cocktail lounge open 30-35 minutes prior to the show. We begin seating immediately and ask you arrive as close to then as possible. Parking lot opens 15 minutes before doors. Show ends about 3 hours after doors open. | ![]() |
